uTest by Applause is home to a growing family of freelance software testers who want to develop new skills, earn extra money, and make a real impact on the digital products of their favorite brands.

They are looking for people with a specific disability (PWD) who bank with a certain financial institution to better understand the accessibility features and gather usability feedback to enhance the user experience.

As part of this study, qualified participants will be asked to join a 1 hr recorded session with a User Researcher and then provide feedback. Participants must be willing to complete a series of tasks to explore the accessibility and usability of banking features.
