It has come to our attention that the NFB’s, National Organization of Blind Black Leaders Women’s Group, is holding an author discussion on Monday Aug 14, with Haben Girma, the author of Haben: The Deafblind Woman Who Conquered Harvard Law. We would love to share this with you to be encouragement to stick with your dreams and not let obstacles keep you from making great accomplishments, by featuring information for these types of events, even when they are held outside of Penny Forward.
Since this event is held on Zoom we will not publicly share the zoom room information, but would be happy to share with you in email form if you reach out.
