Join the Experian User Panel

Experian™ is testing digital products with real consumers like you! Join the Experian user panel to give your feedback on how to make digital products fully accessible for individuals with disabilities.

If you

  • Use visual assistive technologies or screen readers,
  • Have a smartphone, and
  • Are 18 years of age or older.

You can join the panel whether you have experience using credit and acquiring loans, or if you have never used credit or gotten a loan before.

Step 1

Join the Experian consumer panel by answering our survey at the link provided below. If you would like to participate in a one-on-one interview, please give us your name and contact information at the end of the survey.

Complete the Survey

Step 2

If selected by Experian to participate in a one-on-one interview with the research team, you will receive an email with further details, including information about compensation. Joining the panel does not guarantee that you will be selected for an interview. However, you may be invited to participate in research activities with Experian in the future.
If you are selected for an interview, you will be asked to download the free Experian app to your smartphone during your session. Signing up for the Experian app means you may also receive solicitations and marketing emails from them. However, there is no obligation to use any of the offers you may receive.*
The study will run from mid-March to mid-April 2023. If you are selected for an interview, you will hear back from Experian by mid-March.
Participation in Experian panels and interviews is completely voluntary, and your information and any details you share will be kept confidential.

Note

Penny Forward only got this information on Tuesday so we assume that it is still open, even though it is now the end of the month not the middle.
