We’ve got some exciting news brewing at Penny Forward, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Drumroll, please… It’s time to kick off the second of three action teams from our 2024 – 2026 strategic plan!
Why should you be psyched about this, you ask? Well, buckle up because we’re diving headfirst into creating financial education content that not only meets your needs but blows your mind. Our goal? Reputable Education, Programs, and Offerings. We’re talking about producing content that not only strengthens the financial independence of blind people but showcases the incredible capabilities within our community.
So, what’s the game plan?
**1. Universal Access:** We’re making sure everyone can get their hands (or ears!) on our content. Two team members will meticulously review everything to ensure top-notch quality, and member satisfaction surveys are our compass.
**2. Diverse Content:** We’re not just sticking to one format. We’re embracing audio and video, delivering more and better online courses, and creating toolkits that shout, “Look at what our community can do!”
**3. Podcast Power:** Our podcasts are getting a makeover. We’ll be analyzing data to see if they’re attracting new folks or if we should direct people there. Plus, we’re introducing monthly high-level discussions and exclusive small group coaching sessions, featuring experts in the field.
**4. New Offerings:** By Q3 – 2024, we’ll be rolling out new content that will not only blow your socks off but will have you craving more. Think higher attendance and evaluations that scream, “Best thing ever!”
