WID Survey for Business Owners with Disabilities

To Business Owners with Disabilities: The World Institute on Disability (WID) is asking for your input on your experiences as a business owner/entrepreneur with disabilities. We are collecting information on how disabled business owners find funding and support in order to identify gaps in resources. We will use the information to develop ideas for change. Research shows that disabled business owners have access to fewer resources to start and maintain their businesses. We want to find solutions to these barriers, and we need you to help us. We need your voices and your experiences to find the right solutions.

All survey responses are anonymous, which means we do not know who gives the response. We will never connect your name with any of your survey answers. Individual responses will be put together with those of other responders and reported as a group. We will not follow up about any of your answers. We understand some of the questions we are asking may be sensitive or hard. We are only asking these questions to learn about the needs of disabled business owners and to suggest ideas for change. However, we understand if you do not want to answer some of the questions in this survey.

This project is funded by JPMorgan Chase. We thank you for your feedback and any/all information you can provide! This survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete, depending on the length of your written responses.
